DeOxy RiboNucleoside Analysis Using HILIC Conditions with Volatile Buffers
Under HILIC conditions (high organic solvent concentrations with a polar bonded phase column) elution is in the reverse order from RPC.
The more polar molecules elute later.
Volatile buffers allow direct LC-MS detection.
