Subsequent enzymatic reactions are inhibited

Subsequent enzymatic reactions are inhibited:

• Ethanol was not removed quantitatively. Residual ethanol can inhibit PCR*, LCR, and other enzymatic reactions.

• NucleoTrap particles were not removed quantitatively.
  Centrifuge the eluate again and transfer the supernatant to a clean tube.

• Buffer NT2 was not removed quantitatively. Residual salt can inhibit enzymatic reactions.
  Remove NT2 completely.
